Kale was very informative and explained everything he was doing to diagnose our furnace issue. He also completed a home inspection on all of the plumbing in our home as part of the diagnosis. Kale was very thorough throughout, and ensured all covid protocols were followed. It was also great to have a real person answer the phone when we called to get an appointment scheduled, especially over a long weekend.

We had 1 out of 3 lines to our up stairs bathroom that would freeze in the really cold temps. Jason came in assessed what might be the problem. We gave him the go ahead to solve it and we think he did ( will be able to test in next cold spell. ) I trust his work. He did awesome work explained what he thought was the best solution and talked to us during his work. It was a tricky one for him but we are very happy with what he did. He checked other stuff and was very knowledgeable took the time to explain things. With doing the water line repair and the other inspection of the other things in the house ( water and heating ) it was done very well. Jason does a very good job 👍👍
