Absolutely fantastic over the top service from Julian in Airdrie. He explained every little detail and why before any work was done. He was very accommodating with my schedule and need to step out of the house several times. The work was impeccable and he went above and beyond with checking over our electrical panel and any work he thought needed to be attended to. We couldn't be happier with the end result. As always, the staff at this company continue to provide amazing service. The receptionist and booking staff and tradespeople that come to my home. I recently had my biannual electric inspection (free as part of the membership program) done by Courtney. He was professional, prompt, and explained things in respectful manner. As a woman, I've often been mansplained when dealing with contractors and never once have I had that experience here. Courtney Pattison listened to my concerns and addressed them, and had a few tips for me to consider implementing. I always appreciate the education they are willing to share with me ensuring I never feel ripped off when I need service. One more note, they always leave you with a paper copy and send you digital copies of everything. As a busy mom with chaos I appreicate knowing I can always find what i need in an email search.
