A plumbing technician named Rene Alves came in to assess and fix our slow-draining kitchen sink. He was on time, very professional and personable, and took the time to explain his findings + my options for repair. At one point he had to leave to get another piece of equipment, and he continued to keep me updated throughout the whole process. When he was finished, he left the entire working area spotless and better than when he found it.

This was the first time I had called for plumbing services and I was so impressed by Rene's professionalism, knowledge, and warm personality. I will continue to request Rene for future plumbing services as needed, and will recommend him and this company to people going forward.

Was totally impressed with your technician Charlotte. She went beyond the call of duty. Charlotte explained well what needed to be done and fixed the problem. She did inspect the entire house plumbing and heating for potential problems.

Made, what I would consider, a colossal electrical mistake when doing a DIY kitchen renovation and cut a cable in the ceiling. Called Gentleman Pros in a panic. The scheduling staff was friendly and thorough and talked me down from my state of panic and gave me all of the information I needed. The next day, my electrical appointment was moved a week earlier as they had a cancellation. Julien showed up, provided me with a free electrical inspection of my mechanical room, let me know what needed to be done in order of priority later down the line, then proceeded to make the required repair. I thought I was doomed, but he made it look easy. I felt perfectly comfortable with Julien in my home and the price was exactly what I was quoted. 5 stars for value, quality and professionalism from start to finish with this company. Strongly recommended.

They were able to get my appointment in earlier than expected. Chris was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain my options to me and what steps he was taking to fix the problem. After fixing it he cleaned up and even took extra time to look at my garburator which I thought I’d have to replace. He got it working again as well. He’s very knowledgeable and I’m extremely happy with his service!

Rene was an absolute live saver today. The professionalism, transparency and attention to detail was exceptional. He inspected the problem and gave a very straight forward detailed quote.
Instead of charging me for a toilet reset and wax ring replacement...he explained that the real issue is the SUBFLOOR and tile in the bathroom. He connected me with a flooring company. AFTER the floor is fixed I will DEFINITELY call Rene back to repair the leak. Had he not shared this information with me I would have paid for today...paid for the floor...And had to pay another AGAIN FOR THE SAME SERVICE. We are low income....I can't express how greatful I am for the transparency...it saved me money I don't even have! I signed up monthly for 19.95. The benefits of this membership will be invaluable moving forward with all the plumbing needs we have. This membership also saves me 15% on all repairs as well as saved me money today on the initial call. I don't usually do monthly commitments but im literally covered in the future for less that netflix . There are alot of plumbing companies to choose from....but in this economy i dont see why people would call anyone else.

This is my 4th review of Gentlemen Pro’s and I remain impressed with the service provided. Our technician, Gage, was very good and knew his stuff. Fixed our problem with an overheating dryer, although he was here for a home inspection. 😊👍

Third review for GP and couldn't be more satisfied. Noah was on time, friendly, efficient and explained the problem with my outdoor spigot that was seriously leaking, and how it would be fixed. It felt like having a member of the family professionally trained to fix a problem.

This will be my 2nd review for GP and again I am very impressed with their services. I had a running toilet and Andrew was sent to service it. After it was fixed I felt I had made a new friend. What I like about GP is that they will notify you by text they are coming with a photo of the service person. Glad I'm a member.

He was very knowledgeable, spent time explaining everything to me in terms that I understood, very professional and had a very warm, friendly personality that made me feel at ease. The service that was provided was exactly what I requested and very affordable.
I was extremely happy with the service I received and will recommend this company to people going forward.
