We had a toilet back up issue in our new house and Jason arrived within 30 minutes of when we called. He was friendly, professional, got the job done quickly and most importantly, cleanly! He outlined how much everything would cost before the work started at a fixed rate, not hourly, and provided a quote for work we were interested in for the future. He also answered any questions we had about the job and the house in general. We strongly recommend The Gentlemen Pros, and Jason.

I would like to add that their technician Dean was a standup gentleman. He went above and beyond my expectations and was an absolute rockstar to deal with. He was quick, clean, respectful of my home and very knowledgable . His experience in the trade showed . He performed very thorough inspection. leaving me tons of details in notes of things we can use or utilize in the future to upgrade and get our place operating on a safer optical level . Big shout out and thank you to Dean for being an absolute gentleman and providing me a great service 100% will recommend your company to anybody in a similar situation. We had been having concerns about the electrical in our house for almost a year; we were pretty sure we needed a new electrical panrl, but didn't have it looked into because of some really bad experiences in the past with work we had done in our home. We finally decided to get an estimate from Gentlemrn's Pro's and thry sent us Courtenay. He was amazing! He explained everything in a way that we easy to understand and I felt our values aligned with the values of the company. The most important thing for me is that the work is done Right, not fast, not cheap, but done to a high standard. I feel this company has those same values. Courtenay was reason we chose this company tonteplace our electrical panel....and because of him we then decided to have our furnace replaced and a new air conditioner installed as well. He represents this company with honesty and integrity.

They were good but a bit expensive. Also, the plumber said it was the first sink he replaced which was concerning but so far the work is holding up.

Boy was I ever glad we called these guys. Right from my first contact over the phone I met with courtesy and a can-do attitude. They made my call a priority and pleasantly booked a time slot to attend within 48 hours. First and foremost, it’s good to know that you are not billed by the hour; instead The Gentlemen Pro’s bill by reasonable package pricing (scaled to the task) and everything is declared up front including warranties and guarantees. You also don’t pay extra for what is not required. That proved helpful in our case since we had an indeterminate small water leak that required some detective work. Small leaks are more of a challenge to locate. As it later turned out we also had an issue with our sewer line - tree roots penetrating and blocking the main line. (And that was soon to be fixed!) But ahead of that I was quite impressed with how efficiently and quickly Charlotte, our plumber (a certified Plumbing & HVAC Technician) was able to narrow it down. It’s an older mid-century house with three washrooms located on two floors. With a brief tour of the house, the leak/flood areas, and the upstairs/downstairs plumbing areas, it felt comfortable to work collaboratively as we investigated. Not much escaped her attention. Charlotte proved herself to be a quick study - attentive, a good listener, thorough and logical in her observations and reasoning. She covered all areas of concern and ‘circled the wagons’ once she narrowed it down inside of a half hour. She was tenacious and un-relenting in her efforts as she augured to clear tree root growth that had encroached into the main sewer line blocking drainage and used a camera to ensure it was all clear. No short-cuts were taken! The very best part about all this was Charlotte who through the whole visit was amicable, positive and kept up great energy the entire time. The time flew by. She was focussed and task oriented; committed to achieving the end result to resolve all our plumbing concerns. She had a truck with all the equipment and plumbing supplies on hand to back her up. Beyond that we were favourably impressed with a complimentary detailed written home inspection report that she left with us of all plumbing and HVAC areas; it was thorough and brought to light concerns that came up during the tour (some we were aware of and also some new ones that could be later addressed). Charlotte left our residence as pleasant as she came and leaving me with a better picture and renewed confidence in our situation. The Gentlemen Pro’s are the real deal, and if you call them on a plumbing concern, hope that you get Charlotte - she is truly a (positive) force to be reckoned with!

I had Adam from The Gentlemen Pros come out to my home and he provided exceptional service. I was having troubles with my furnace and after he went through the diagnostics, he was able to determine what the problem was. Adam was great with answering any question I had. He's very personable and easy to talk to. If, by chance, something goes wrong with my furnace again, I will definitely ask for Adam. I'm very happy with The Gentlemen Pros for any other services I've had done in my home too.

Logan was a pleasure to meet and we were very satisfied with his performance on unclogging the sewer line. His due diligence and professional conduct was outstanding. He was very informative in what he was doing and what the outcome was. I would highly recommend him and this company.

Riley B. was an absolute delight of a plumber to attend to my emergency toilet valve issue. Arrival was prompt, and repair was tidy and timely.
Riley took the time to explain not only my valve issue, but also educated me (to the satisfaction of my curious mind), on how the faulty part works/would be replaced before the work was completed.
I’m quite pleased with all fa(u)cets of the transaction. Not only was my service completed beyond expectation, but I was also thoroughly entertained during this visit. I was privileged to be audience to some exclusive latrine verse. Thanks for the repair and the laughs Riley!

Read reviews online and was not disappointed in the service. Costs are upfront and transparent from initial booking through to the appointment. Jason was thorough in his explanation of the problem and professional throughout, despite numerous difficulties with the job. Well worth the cost considering this job would have been insanely expensive if charged by the hour. Highly recommend their services!

Rob from The Gentlemen Pros showed up to replace a main valve and take care of a couple of other plumbing problems I had. He was knowledgeable, communicated pros and cons of all options and did great work. On top of that, he was just a friendly soul. Highly recommended!

Liam and his associate were super helpful and informative. They really went the extra mile by accommodating my inability to walk to meet them at the door or the problem area. It was a big relief to be treated so well while managing both a plumbing issue and a serious physical injury. First class!

We have had TGP out doing some plumbing work. The first two guys who were out were ok, not great, and I didn’t feel like they listened very well. They had issues with the job. But luckily the third guy who came out, Logan, was exceptional in his service and professionalism. We will request Logan in the future, because he is single-handedly saving the brand of this company

Rene arrived and cleared up our bathroom sink really quickly. He was fantastic and will definitely be using this company again

A plumbing technician named Rene Alves came in to assess and fix our slow-draining kitchen sink. He was on time, very professional and personable, and took the time to explain his findings + my options for repair. At one point he had to leave to get another piece of equipment, and he continued to keep me updated throughout the whole process. When he was finished, he left the entire working area spotless and better than when he found it.

This was the first time I had called for plumbing services and I was so impressed by Rene's professionalism, knowledge, and warm personality. I will continue to request Rene for future plumbing services as needed, and will recommend him and this company to people going forward.
