Chris was great at meeting a variety of electrical needs in the house. I appreciated being able to discuss things with him and helping me find the best solution. He was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Extremely personable! I also appreciated the electrical safety check, so we could upgrade in a couple areas.

We have used Gentleman Pros a number of times for a variety of things around the house ranging from a leaking shutoff valve to a brand new furnace. The dispatchers and technicians are all very patient, friendly, and capable every step of the way, responding as quickly as possible, thoroughly explaining what the prices and services will be before starting, and working efficiently.

Most recently we had an issue where we noticed on Friday evening that our furnace had stopped working. We were able to get an appointment for Saturday morning. Their technician, Logan, came out quickly and assessed that it was an issue with the thermostat. He was able to get the heat running again, and had replaced the thermostat within an hour or so. Thankfully this was all covered by the warranty on the furnace that Kale had sold us and installed a few years prior.

We are grateful for their excellent service and will continue to call on them in the future!

The prices were fair at the end, but I wish they can disclose it before hand. There is a dispatch fee, which is understandable. But then they had a standard menu price for the services which they could of got presented or quoted when I called. The price was around $90 for the service call then present a price of $700 on top of that to clear the clogged tub. Which they could of just quoted me from the beginning when I called. Instead I got stuck with a $90 non returnable fee. And this $700!? on top of that.

Luckily they were able to help me out with some pricing at the end, but I feel like I get stuck with the service fee in the begginging saying that it needs to get quoted on site, but they had a menu price upon arrival?

Anyways, overall a professional company, but feel like some pricing especially for a condo owner like me are on the higher side.

From the first phone contact, I was impressed with the company. As a single woman, it is important to me that the professionals I let into my home to do work are background checked, etc. I was also impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work of my plumber, Logan . He explained things clearly, showing me evidence of what needed to be done, and why. I would definitely call Logan for other plumbing issues, should they arise in the future, and would not hesitate to use their other services. The warranties and guarantees provided are also important to me.

The entire experience was very positive. It began with a prompt response to my phone call, the booking of an appointment, and the arrival of Riley. Riley is extremely professional and walked me through all the work to be done, as well as the costs. These costs never increased, despite the extra time required to complete the job. All in all, a great experience. As they say in poker, this royal flush was far better than a full house!!
