Awesome job…. Communication from my first call til the job was completed. Picture and clearance checks of visiting tech was provided beforehand….. Price was provided before repair started…. Andra explained all steps needed before he started, completed them in efficient time, (as we kibitzed about him eventually getting to my age )… we checked the work several times prior to him leaving … All was done…even a 5 year warranty 🙂
The only critique I had ( and I did tell him that I would post this…. is that he puts on a toque on when its only -2)

Andra was very knowledgeable and committed to fixing the issue no matter how long it took. Without fail, they’ve done incredible work for us, and are always a delight to have in our home. You might be able to find someone who does it cheaper, but you won’t find anyone who does it better, and I always trust that when they do work for us, they’re doing it right. Excellent service! Riley literally rolled out the red(blue) carpet of plumbing equipment on arrival. He did a stellar job fixing our backed up sink and even showed off his sick rhyme skills.
