Gentleman Pros were great to work with! I had a burst pipe for my outdoor faucet and originally had Riley come out who not only fixed the pipe but explained the issue and whole process to me, and took extra measures to ensure the pipe had the correct slope out of the house to avoid water sitting in the pipe to freeze. He was extremely friendly and professional! Neck tie and all!

I had slight issues with water pressure in my hose afterwards and Dave & Travis came out to look at the issue, found it was a defect in the new pipe and replaced the entire system again in no time! They even went the extra mile and fixed my gate latch which was broken. In both my experiences, the guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and provided the best service. Highly reccomend! Thank you!

Dave and Travis came out to perform an annual inspection on our A/C and furnace. They did a fantastic job as usual. In addition, Dave checked out one of our vents that wasn’t blowing out any air. I was having issues with my tankless water heater and the service I received from the moment they answered the phone was exceptional. As a single woman, I know very little about maintaining a home on my own and with the Gentleman Pros, I feel safe in knowing that they will take great care of me. My technician, Flavien, went above and beyond in his service. He took his time to explain things to me and he was an absolute professional in his approach to the job. He even brought his own red carpet to ensure cleanliness when working!!!
