Gentlemen Pros stand by their work and make sure customers are set and satisfied even after they leave. 1st call was for a leaky faucet, Brent & Branden came out and were super helpful and accommodating. They even did work that wasn't the primary reason for call (went with Furnace and Tank diagnostics too). I've dealt with other companies where anything outside the initial scope HAS to be a different appointment, but these guys are just a cut above.

Turns out there was a bit of a mishap with the tank and they company stepped up, huge shoutout to Brent for coming back AFTER HIS SHIFT WAS OVER to personally make sure everything was taken care of properly. Thank you to Dave as well as his partner who drove all the way to Sherwood Park to ensure the right parts were available. 11 out of 10 customer service.

As a first time caller for plumbing help, I admit I was scared and had no idea of what pricing would be. While I consider myself a pretty good DIYer, water isn't something I feel comfortable chancing it with, especially my first 'emergency' as a homeowner. With Gentlemen Pro's, they are upfront with the cost (needs onsite estimate) and the whole thing doesn't feel like they are ordered to upsell you on anything and best of all they don't pressure you into something you don't need. They worked with me on a solution and you get what you pay for and then some. If I ever need plumbing help in the future, it's crystal clear: Gentlemen Pro's is my first choice.

Celine had all the answers to all my question and I had grate options to choose from. During the inspection she pointed out condition of my pipes that I didn’t know that could be issues down the road and I am a true believer in more maintain and less repair and I appreciate the experienced knowledge of the technicians I wouldn’t hesitate to call them on my next maintenance issues. Thank you again for the great job on my kitchen sink. It works great now. My dogs also had a great time with friendly technicians.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Ryan D for our toilet repair.

Our half-bath toilet was over 30 years old and had suffered through many a DIY job. When it started running constantly even after we replaced the flapper ourselves twice, I knew it was time to call a professional.

Ryan arrived promptly the next morning, even on the Good Friday holiday for no extra charge. He listened to our issues and understood our repair attempts, and then he inspected it himself. After which, Ryan presented us with multiple options for repair. The option I chose—due to many old and disintegrating parts—was a full replacement.

Now, I thought this would cause another delay as we’d have to go out and purchase a new toilet…but I was wrong! Ryan had a whole new toilet in his van that was a perfect replacement, and even a bit of an upgrade in seat size. We agreed on a price, and he began the work immediately. After the work was complete, Ryan then hauled away the old one for us. He also provided a complementary home inspection to check our other taps, toilets, furnace, and hot water tank.

I highly recommend Gentlemen Plumbing and especially Ryan D. The work was done quickly, explained in great detail, and Ryan is a true professional who was both polite and tidy.
