The service was EXCELLENT! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I called in the morning and by 930 Riley was here. He is such a friendly young fellow. He looked everything over and then gave me my options for repair. He explained everything that he was doing and what was happening with the drainage system and faucet. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. He then proceeded to do a plumbing home inspection. Which was great. Checked all the sinks, showers , toilets , pipes and the furnace and the water tanks. So Thorough! I wouldn’t get anyone else but the Gentleman Pros. They are a very trustworthy company! The gentleman that owns this company should be very proud of his staff! And Riley you’re the best!!! Thankyou!

Cody was on time and professional.
Dispatch was able to send him out within a week of request. Replaced the main water shutoff in the basement and checked the plumbing throughout the house. 5 year warranty.

He was prompt in getting to the site for a water emergency. Was able to diagnose the issue and informed us of the costs for the diagnosis and the repair . They follow online system for their fees. The fees are very costly ! If you can wait for a regular appointment you will save a lot of money. Thanks for your emergency service!

I'd like to begin by thanking the amazing, professional, and compassionate person(s) who answer calls; especially in an emergency late on a Saturday night. The young lady who assisted me was wonderful and very reassuring. She dispatched Logan who was at our home within the hour. Logan was our service technician and you couldn't ask for a more competent, professional, personable, and kind young man. After doing diagnostics he needed to source a part. He called many suppliers but wasn't able to secure the part. He told us what would come next and helped us sort out the safety of our home and pipes for what would be a cold night. He called us first thing on Sunday morning to inform us that the part would arrive on Tuesday and asked if we were ok. First thing Tuesday morning he called to tell us that the part had arrived then the office called to confirm an appointment to finish the repair. We we treated with respect and kindness throughout the process. Logan, you are the best. I hope I don't need to service my furnace for a long long time, but if/when I do, I will be calling The Gentlemen Pros and asking for Logan. Thank you everyone. In case it's not completely clear; I highly highly recommend The Gentlemen Pros.

Brent and Richard visited and were very professional. They were able to diagnose the issues and were able to clearly communicate their findings and provided recommendations. They worked efficiently, solved the issue and cleaned everything up. I'm very pleased with the service recieved.

Tyler was respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. A simple solder job on my laundry station held some more complicated surprises when we turned the mainline water off -- and couldn't get the flow to stop completely. Tyler coordinated solutions between myself, the homeowner upstairs (I rent the basement), and the city so we can get the big problem resolved before moving on to the smaller one. My dog Ernie was thoroughly impressed as well!

Austin was very polite and thorough in his assessment and toilet repair. He went through and explained the work to be done and completed it in a timely manner. Great service, would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful customer experience with this company. Our wayer heater failed and they were the only company that answered the phone and we were able to get an appointment the next day. Everything was professional and transparent. Logan went above and beyond and it is without hesitation I give him a five star review. Thank you!

Hello from Derek & Fatima Emad was so nice and professional he recommended other things that needed done in the near future. We will get work done from The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing and we want Emad to do the work He did a great job.

Logan kept me informed on when he was going to showed up. Arrived and took apart the faucet that was dripping. Noted that there was a small tear on a gasket inside the cartridge which may have been due to calcium build up. Replaced the cartridge and reassembled the faucet. Everything is back and in working order.

This gentlemen are very professional and friendly. Before they left the house they want to be sure that everything regarding plumbing are working well with thorough inspection.I am truly recommend this company.

My service person ended up having to leave because of circumstances out of her control but I was kept abreast of everything and a replacement tech came out right away. They installed my hot water tank efficiently and professionally. They even did an inspection of other plumbing as a courtesy!

Deng arrived on time. He was professional and courteous the entire time. He kept me up to date on progress of the project. He was up front with solutions to fix my issues and tried numerous alternate options to resolve my problem. Despite being unable to resolve my issues, I would not hesitate to use Gentleman Pros Plumbing and would request Deng be the assigned plumber.

I would use Gentlemen Pros again. Gage and Austin were very professional and kept me informed as they repaired a toilet. They left the work area clean at the end of the job.
