I have been pleased each time I have had the Gentlemen Pros do some work for me. Electrical, plumbing etc. I am a senior and their expertise and friendliness is very much appreciated and reassuring.

Logan and Dang were friendly and accommodating. They assessed our situation quickly and came up with a plan that fit our needs. They listened to us and gave guidance as to what they could and couldn’t do. They finished the job the same day and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I would highly recommend Logan and Dang for any plumbing needs.

Jeff and Robert came to fix a pipe valve today. They were very pleasant and professional. The original estimate included the cost of creating an access point to the pipe. They ended up not having to cut anything and the total cost decreased. They could have gone through with the extra service, charged me hundreds of dollars more and I would not have known the difference. It's this type of consideration that leads to life long clients. I know they are trustworthy and I will call them again.

This service was the best we have ever experienced in our entire life - for all aspects - the fast response - the quality - the thoroughness - the upfront quote and explanation of what was going to be done - the complimentary home inspection (electrical safety). They arrived in less than an hour after we called. Colleen was a absolutely fantastic ambassador for the company. Within 10 minutes of her arrival we were 100% convinced that she had the experience and knowledge to complete the job. We have the contact information at the top of our list for all needs that we may have Electrical, heating, AC & Plumbing. We are completely satisfied with the finished job and would not hesitate for one second to recommend Gentlemen Pros. In addition we were really happy and impressed with Colleen - a female in the trade. Its a great step in evening the field of trade professions. Service location: Red deer. I would give more than 5 stars to this guy (Andrew) and to the company. Called gentlemen pros plumbing for our kitchen sink drain. The lady who set up acct and appointment sounds friendly and accomodating. I like that they follow up with a phone call when I was not able to confirm the appt with text notification. They send the name and picture of the staff coming to the service. Feels more reassuring and safe to know who is showing up at the front door. Andrew even came earlier than expected. Well dressed something I don't expect when dealing with a messy job, but it truly represent how dedicated this company and their staff to deliver quality service. The issue with the blockage in the drainage was resolved. Happy to finally use the sink again. Andrew was considerate in keeping the area clean before and after. Didn't left with any damages or mess. He is very mindful. Explains things in a friendly manner, not trying to school customers. Presents offered services, very upfront with prices without forcing us to sign up. Very respectful. I just hope we don't have any further issue with the drain, but the service has promising warranty and will definitely call this company for future other needs. Every experience is unique, but personally we HIGHLY RECOMMEND gentleman pros plumbing.
