It was a pleasure doing business with Jacob and I highly recommend his services and will use The Gentleman Pros for any HVAC, Plumbing, or electrical work if required in the my future endeavors.

Needed two showers repaired in my 1980something home. Jordan G was super helpful in diagnosing the problems. While the problems ended up being larger than I had hoped, Jordan got everything done in a reasonable time, including a drive across town for an obscure part. The price was reasonable for the work done, and we were very happy with this service. Thanks again, Jordan.

We needed fast service for chronic blockage of kitchen sinks. These folks understood, and Celina arrived at 9:30 the next morning. Texted arrival time 45 minutes ahead, along with a photo of herself... excellent customer security!!
On arrival, Celina listened carefully to issues before action. Contract pricing..not by the hour - much appreciated! Celina spent 3 hours with 1-1/2" auger 50' into piping and removed ALL SORTS of ugly debris accumulated from previous owner.
Afterwards, Celina verified her work, with photos of all debris removed. Sinks were filled, then drained quickly as we watched. After work complete, Celina completed a thorough (no charge) check of all water facilities in our house, with comments - suggestions as appropriate. Again, extremely thorough.
Time to pay: a bit more than some might charge, but reasonable considering the quality of their services, and the up-to-date equipment in use. Further, all work done includes a 97 day full warranty if any recurrence.
Summary: we are fully satisfied new customers! This company have knowledgeable, thorough, competent & friendly staff from the get-go. I would be happy to endorse their services for any plumbing needs!

Noah was prompt, friendly, efficient, attentive to detail and all around a really nice guy. He made sure I was aware of exactly what he was doing and why, answered totally unrelated questions, offered maintenance tips and did another little fix just because. Service way better than I expected, would recommend without hesitation.
