Outstanding service!! Very professional!! I highly recommend this company and technicians!!

Stanley R. Was superb. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix the problem of four different lights turning on with one switch and put them on individual switches. He also fix the problem with the fan and assured us that it is safely mounted. As we will have other things in the future needing to be fixed we will ask him to come back and correct the other issues. Highly recommend this company as we have called them for two separate issues one with plumbing and now one with electrical and have been satisfied with both fixes.

Great service and support and resolved my concerns. Also took the time to have work summarized and shared so future techs could follow up in future service calls. Thank you again!

He was good at explaining what the issue is and gave me an idea what I should expect to fix the problem also mentioned some things I can do to prevent it from happening in future

Logan C . Is incredibly knowledgeable of all the types furnaces he sells and could easily point out the different options that were available to suit our needs. I was inquiring about replacing two furnaces and adding an air conditioner. He took lots of time answering all our many questions.

James was very thorough and checked everything prior to starting work on my clogged toilet issue. He was clear about prices ahead of time. He did a full house inspection afterwards. He was kind, friendly, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend again. Although I hope I don’t have another clogged toilet in my near future. Thanks again James.

I also want to give a shoutout to the friendly receptionist who took my call late last night when my toilet stopped working, as she was super kind and helpful getting everything arranged stress free.

The pair that showed up were right on time and very professional and my dog fell in love with them lol. They walked us through everything they were doing and worked quickly and efficiently and we will continue to use the company.

So....I asked these guys to come and diagnose a heating problem. It was not a very good experience at all. They charged me 100,000.000 for the repairs....after i was quoted 2,000.00. They made a huge mess everywhere! Took my signature right out of my hands .....oh and they tried to steal my dog!! Just the absolute worst!

Also........you wouldnt beleive what else happened........

These two young gentlemen came to diagnose my heating/boiler system. They were fantastic. Great communication. Great personalities. Offered up so much knowledge related and unrelated to the service. They kept their area very clean. May have even cleaned up some of my mess 🤔. Followed up with me at every step. All charges were discussed in advance, no hidden charges or fees. I have heat now so thats a bonus. They repaired something ive had replaced twice now and added other security measures for my benefit. Hopefully they dont have to come back to fix it...Right guys?!?!

Anyways no complaints at all except for the dog theif in the photos below. You should definitely hire them for all your servicing needs.
It is also very important for me to mention that if it werent for the professionalism and awesome communication from their receptionist/appointment booker I would not have even selected them for my repairs. She was polite and very helpfull unlike some of the other companies I called.

I overloaded a circuit and couldn't get it to reset on my control panel. I called The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing because of there ratings. Chris O came out. He went through everything step by step and made sure I understood every step of the way. When he came across a problem made sure I saw as he was explaining. He gave me suggestions and solutions to fix the problem. Explained about the membership they offer for maintenance on electric, heating and plumbing. Truly a one stop shop for every thing you need done around your home. Thanks Chris. 😊
