The installation job had a few unexpected twists and Rob and Ryan did not give up! We really appreciate the problem solving, which even meant them leaving to get the right tool for the job, instead of just using what was on hand. It was tedious work for them and they persevered despite the extra time required. We like that the Gentlemen Plumbers charge by the job and there were no extra charges to us. Everything is explained to the customer before the work commences and you know the cost and your options before you give the go ahead. We are very pleased with their work.

Verne was great to deal with. Assessed what the job needed and explained what needed to be done and got to work. Replacing two hot water tanks with some minor plumbing changes for improvements to the in floor heating water flow. Verne had to source a couple harder to get items but put in the effort to get what was needed. Made for a long day but Verne was professional and easy going throughout. Followed up the next day to make sure everything was good.

Has a ton of parts and tools so no call-backs needed. A little expensive (~$1K total including ~$300 of parts for 2-3 hours) but quick and high quality work.
