Great service to use. Our technician stayed late to finish the job rather than needing to come back another day. On top of the aluminum wire pigtailing, they also adjusted some switches and outlets to be more user friendly. Would recommend to anyone needing electrical work!

I cannot say enough good things about Julian! His work ethic, knowledge professionalism, customer service, and great sense of humour are all exceptional! I have had only good experiences with all of the Gentlemen Pros technicians.
Julian has been working to get my new home up to date and safe and attending to all the electrical needs there. He goes above and beyond in his assistance and kindness. Much appreciated

Emmanuel M completed the repair to the main stack in a timely and efficient manner. He worked diligently to ensure everything was in perfect working order and fully cleaned up the area. New visit on April 29/24 for annual home inspection:
Emmanuel M. did the HVac and Plumbing check and he was incredibly helpful and personable. He checked a main stack leak for me that was quite serious and set up a return visit to fix the issue once parts arrive in only a couple of days. His knowledge and professionalism, as well as concern and attention to getting the problem corrected quickly is greatly appreciated. Again, service above and beyond. Thanks so very much Emmanuel!!

Julian also did the electrical inspection and was also personable and helpful. He fixed two outlets that were causing issues and ensured the safety of them and the rest of the electrical system. Julian is knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you Julian. With gratitude to The Gentlemen Pros for their service and great employees!

Very expensive price model. Told over the phone it would be a $89.95 travel fee. They do not apply this to work done. When they arrive they tell you, you HAVE to have a $110 diagnostic done, again not applied to work done to fix...oh but you get a complimentary home inspection which I didn't find any value in. Told them I was having problems with thermostat which kept disconnecting from furnace, told me I had to have Furnace diagnostic done anyways. 6 hours diagnosing a problem that didn't exist with furnace. Originally told it was mother board (highest price point fix) and then was told later it was gas valve, still highest price point fix of $1061. Gas valve replaced, furnace works again. Within 2 days, same problem occurs with thermostat. In the end the owner proceeded to tell me that there was obviously 2 issues going on, convenient for them. In the end it was the blue tooth of the thermostat disconnecting...what I said was wrong all along. The reason the furnace worked after gas valve install was coincidental because the blue tooth was cutting in and out. Be aware that they are very expensive and force their process on you and don't listen to their customer. I'm sure the owner will come on here and back up his reasoning for charging me $1500 for something that should have only been $200 but you decide for yourselves!

**UPDATE**
I have decided to change my google review based on recent conversations with Cherelle and Beth. Both went out of their way to hear me out. I didn't love my original experience but I do believe that how someone makes things right, is the true value. In the end I do think they were genuine in wanting to make things right and showed compassion and empathy for my experience. I was fully refunded for all my costs. If anyone has any issues with this company, take the time and talk to Beth. She made the difference for me.

Decent quality of work. Great communication and service. Also comes with a 5-year warranty.

Logan was very helpful in our annual home inspection. Very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process as I was keen to know what was happening. Definitely worth a membership.

Ted was professional in his approach and ran things by me in a no pressure, and informative way. Polite, and I appreciated him putting on shoe covers to enter the home. It's the little things, right?

I hired this company to sort out an electrical problem In my home. While the electrician was very polite and informative, I can’t help but feel taken advantage of.

We had the electrician come out on several visits within a span of a week as the issue couldn’t be resolved.
After some frustration and an expensive bill, I ended up finding a second opinion.

Although the issue was not resolved, I must say their dedication to customer service is unmatched. We were able to communicate and work something out.

Thank you for the services Rob. He's very knowledgeable and he explained everything. The job was done in less than 24 hours and we're very grateful. Thanks Rob!

My sister and brotherinlaw needed a panel replaced. They have been struggling recently and the last thing they needed was to replace their electrical panel and right before Christmas. The tech shows up and proceeds to tell them all the work and the parts are covered. The tech donated his and the Gentlemen Pro's have covered all the parts!
I have personally never used them but I PROMISE if we do we are calling them!

Me and my husband recently purchased an older home in Calgary and needed to replace our furnace. These 2 kind gentleman came out to give us a complimentary inspection and quote for what a new furnace would cost us and we’re able to schedule us for a new one less than a week later! This was a relief going into winter we didn’t have to wait at all.
I can not say enough kind things about Brad and the service he provided! He put in a new furnace and humidifier on his own. He ensured everything was completed and done well in one day, he was here for 13hrs and kept a good spirit, professional attitude and was very kind through it all!
The price was exactly what we were quoted previously, we weren’t blindsided at the end of the day. Overall impressed with the service, extremely impressed with Brad, kudos for going above and beyond for us!

Last weekend, our furnace decided to stop working. of course it had to happen just as a cold snap was starting. We frantically called around hoping to get an emergency service and was lucky enough to come across the gentlemen pros!

Even though they were busy, they were able to send Logan out to us the next day to repair the furnace. We are forever grateful to both the gentlemen pros and Logan for such efficient service! Logan was knowledgable regarding the problem and was able to do a same day repair for us. He was extremely professional and courteous while he was here. Plumber (Jeff) was early, polite, knowledgeable, and had good communication skills. All aspects of repair and reinstall, with options, were explained concisely and to our complete understanding.
I would enjoy working with Jeff. His work standard and jobsite awareness showed a real interest and sincerity.
