Called Gentlemen Pros in for a leaking bathtub faucet. Andra was very clear on his strategy to replace the faucet. They had all the parts and everything on hand and we had a seamless replacement.

Super professional, Dave was training an apprentice and you can tell from the way he was instructing the youngster, he really knows his stuff… and the work done by the new guy seems very well done as far as I can tell. Would definitely recommend.

Had the Pros come back when our furnace started making knocking noises and stopped blowing warm air… Celina and her apprentice were once again super friendly and professional. Insisted on wearing the booties even though we told them not to bother as we are in the middle of renovations. Celina got into the furnace and almost immediately said that it sounded like a “board” problem, which it turned out to absolutely be! Very efficiently went through the rest of the furnace to see if it was just that and worried that the gas valve may also have been damaged by the incorrect supply voltages from the “board”. Which, as it turned out, was thankfully not the case. Together they replaced the board and gave the furnace a good cleaning (as we were woefully neglectful of doing). And told me what I can do to help maintain its cleanliness moving forward. Again… super professional and forthcoming at every stage of the process. As the consumer, we always knew where we stood, and the end result was exactly what the initial estimate said.

Will definitely call them for future plumbing and electrical work we have coming very soon. Thanks ladies, you were awesome.

Logan was on time and easy to talk to. He explained all of the possibilities for a water tank and furnace replacement. Because I live in a townhouse/condo complex, the area the items are in is quite limiting so he took the time to explain my options. Although there was a lot of snow outside today, he left my home as clean and dry as when he arrived. If I wasn’t in the process of getting quotes to apply for a grant, I would have The Gentlemen Pros complete the replacement for me. They are such a pleasure to work with.

Falvien arrived very promptly and worked hard to successfully fix our water problem.
