I loved that he checked all the faucets, toilets, drains, water tank, furnace, etc. and gave me great feedback. He was great with my kids and my animals, too! Ryan arrived promptly. He examined the situation thoroughly and explained what the options were. When we agreed to the work and the price, he proceeded to do the repairs. He was careful, attentive to detail, and completed the work quickly. When finished, he explained what he had done, he explained why he had chosen the materials used, and he stated that his work is guaranteed. The same care and consideration came through when speaking with the main office staff. For the work done, the price was very reasonable. I recommend 'Gentlemen Plumbers' without hesitation for any, and all, plumbing repairs.

They were here by the following morning, very punctual. Very professionally, Darren walked me through my options to allow me to select what I was comfortable with. He went above & beyond! He covered his shoes, cleaned up everything when he was done and all with a very positive attitude!
