Transparent, and professional service.
After an unpleasant suprise of having a home plumbing issue, the the last thing you need is a bunch of suprise items on your bill. The Gentleman plumbers make sure this doesn't happen by having set pricing and having you sign off before any work begins. This ensures both parties are clear on expectations, and it protects the customer from being taken advantage off. This type of above board behavior is refreshing and reassuring.
They arrived on time and had excellent communication before and during the appointment. Our technician Frank was friendly, experienced, and thorough.

The Gentlemen Plumbers did a great job. They arrived on time and started to work straight away - they were so efficient as they had all the equipment with them (while this is at an extra cost) it is so convenient when you need to get the work done. They re-soldered pipes and also identified another repair they could do as part of assessing the plumbing in the house. Once they had fixed the pipe, they walked me through a number of valuable tips that me and my husband could do in the house to maintain our plumbing (without the help of a plumber). The advice they gave was genuine with the owners in mind. Thank you for all your help. We will definitely call The Gentlemen Plumbers when we need any future plumbing.

Andrew helped us through our plumbing needs for our bathroom Reno as well as clearing some clogged drains. We were dealing with hardware and pipes from 1958 and upgrading our shower/bath hardware and furnishings.

He got things done in a timely and respectful way and was really calm, patient and sincere while helping us through decision making and next steps.
Honest and not pushy about places we could potentially do some of the superfluous work ourselves.
Andrew was also really helpful in assessing extra work required to deal with some pressing issues we didn’t know we had.

The tech, Daniel, showed up to deal with our misbehaving furnace within the time the dispatcher said he would. After diagnosing the issue and going over it with me, he replaced the problem parts with ones he had in stock, and coordinated with another on-call tech to try and obtain the ones he was missing. He had to come back the next morning to finish things up, which wasn't a problem as before he left for the night he got things to a state where the furnace could at least heat the house. Very friendly and explained things well.
