Jonah did a great job providing prompt, courteous service and explaining the various options available to us. Within a few hours of our call, he had left our home better than than it was before.

I was incredibly impressed with the service at Gentlemen Plumbers Calgary.
I am a landlord a province away from my rental property and had to deal with the issue from afar.
I was referred to this company and I am so grateful I gave them a try.
My house is 50 minutes outside of Calgary and normally that would have presented some logistical issues and extra fees.
I quickly learned that there was no extra charge for the distance and had a fully equipped truck come to the house and take care of everything in one trip. (a backed up sewer line, camera, auger and flush)
The technician, Andrew P. was on time, very professional and very knowledgeable. He provided feedback and 3 options and pricing of how to proceed.
He went above and beyond and thoroughly took care of the issue. Even after extra hours and unforeseen tasks, he maintained a very positive and determined attitude.
He communicated with me throughout the entire process and I felt well informed and empowered.
After the job was completed he promptly sent me images and video for my records.
There were no hidden costs or undiscussed add ons.

I was incredibly impressed and would recommend them in a heart beat.

Further to.that, I was pleased from the moment I called this morning. It was before 8 a.m. and a very pleasant young woman.answered the phone. She clearly explained all aspects of the service to us, including their security protocols. I received a call back informing me when our serviceman.would arrive, followed by a message that included a pic of Andrew so I could feel.confident about who was coming to my home.

Adam provided great service and was very accommodating of my abnormal day filled with client calls. He quickly diagnosed my issues and presented solutions including pricing to allow me to choose from. It made me feel that I had a valued opinion and that it was a collaborative experience. he was going to have to do. They are excellent at what they do I highly recommend them there services.

Frank is personable, very knowledgeable, polite and did an excellent job. We felt comfortable with having him in our home. After completing the work, he didnt just run the water to ensure no leaking, he completed a few tests of hot and cold to ensure there was no leaking. We were very appreciative that he took such great care of us.

I had a big job that needed to be done fast. Kale immediately arrived a day later and the comfort settled in. Our 104 year old sewer system is completely new and worry free. He went above and beyond to make this all happen. His crew was professional and very fun to be around. I will always recommend! Great job!

Frank B. was a very curious, polite ad professional doing his work. I learned a lot from him about the care of my new hot water heater that I never knew about. Doing his inspection after installing the new tank he always kept on discussing what he was doing and what I might need to improve on. If I could give more than a five star rating I wold. I always get great service from Gentlemen Plumbers in Edmonton. Tom and Rachelle were fantastic, explained everything and as always maintained the space neat and tidy. During this time of the Covid-19 it was great to see people taking it seriously as they wore masks. They are always my go to plumbing company because their staff are always great.

Nick arrived on the time confirmed. He repaired the issue with our kitchen sink and shower quite quickly. He doubled checked his work and ensured I was happy with the repairs. Very personable and professional.
