The staff were great with good attitudes but the services are over priced.
What we had expected to be about $100-$150 was well over $500.

We did connect with their main office and Cherelle was great to address our concerns and offered some options regarding the prices and our overall satisfaction.
I have increased the rating given their responsiveness to our concerns and their willingness to work with us in a solution.

Our hot water heater blew today and The Gentlemen Plumbers were able to send someone to have a look and replace the tank in a matter of hours. We were very pleased with Frank B. who set us at ease, explained everything well and worked with excellence. We found him to be personable and someone who inspired confidence. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Gentlemen Plumbers.

We are having new flooring and needed our gas stove disconnected and toilet removed. We took the opportunity to purchase a low-flow replacement toilet too. Our technician,
Laverne, was on time and COVID aware. Work done quickly and effectively.

Darren Wilkinson arrived on site to fix our issue of water leaking into the basement. He was quick to come up with a few solutions for our issue. He was very knowlegable and took me around my whole house giving me tips to further remedy our water issue. He was very personable and was able to relieve the stress of young homeowners while being a great educator. He is a strong asset to the company and he certainly made us smile.

Great experience from first phone call in to end of completed job. Andrew P was very professional and knowledgeable and left me feeling very comfortable with his assessment of the work that needed to be done. Laverne was great. He was friendly and professional, and offered plenty of advice, not just on the job he was there to do, but also with other plumbing items and potential issues that could arise without proper maintenance. Even going so far as to explain maintenance I could do on my own to extend the life of some of my plumbing fixtures. Would recommend and will use again in the future.

Marc, did a tremendous job fixing our electrical panel and some faulty wiring. He was able to assess the problem quickly and provided different solutions that could meet my budget. He also took the time to give me some practical advice on the electrical in my home.

Frank was awesome! Particularly during this time of Covid ... The steps taken to ensure cleanliness and safety are second to none. Super friendly and professional. Even managed to turn my two attack dogs into his buds ha! Would def recommend. Very satisfied with the work and experience.

Just Love the Gentleman Plumbers, the gentleman group of services are outstanding. I have had several great encounters with Mark from the Gentleman electricians, and he is friendly, knowledgeable, and gets the job done quick.

Greg was very professional. He came on time, knew the issue right away and get on fixing it. He answered all of our questions and gave recommendations that will help maintain our furnace and hot water tank in good shape.

I attempted to procure their services on Sunday May 31, unfortunately the soonest they could come was May 4th from 6 pm to 9 pm. I waited until 730 pm on Thursday before receiving a call telling me they're busy and won't be able to come. The next available time slot would be Saturday from 3 - 6 PM. Saturday comes and it's not until 5 PM that I receive another call saying that they're backed up and he won't be able to come until between 6 to 9 PM. I wait again until 830 until I receive another call saying that they won't be able to come. Now the next available appointment is not until the following Thursday. All for a job I told them shouldn't take longer then 30 minutes.

Dispatch is friendly and professional, however the business model needs to change. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

Update: The company followed up with me after the review in an effort to make up for the lack of service, offering to do another plumbing service in the house. The management and dispatch were very courteous and great to work with and also took ownership of their previous shortcomings. More so, the two professionals Kale and Ned did a terrific job, showed up on time and did what it took to get the job done with a great attitude. Much appreciated!

Richard is the best, we have had him multiple times and every time he has been very professional and super friendly and easy to talk to. We have kids and you can tell he’s a family man and doesn’t mind that our daughter asks him a million questions. He explains everything in detail and makes it easy to understand. He gives lots of tips to help keep your house maintained. Definitely recommend this company. Even the ladies who answer the phone are always polite and do everything they can to keep you updated and make sure you get the best and fastest service. I will continue to use them for many years!! I have never had one bad experience and trust me we have used them a lot.

This is our second time asking for service from The Gentleman Plumbers. We had Adam as our plumber come in this morning to fix our leaky kitchen faucet. We initially had arranged them to come yesterday but they had a sick worker and was dealing with another emergency call so was unable to come until today. Understandable with the current pandemic situation. They were courteous and apologetic of the situation.

Adam was extremely friendly and very professional throughout the whole visit. He explained the whole process and did the job rather quickly and efficiently but did a wonderful job! He came with protective gear on which gave me piece of mind during this pandemic. He sanitized the areas he worked in and cleaned up after himself after the work was done which we appreciated. Overall we are very happy with the service and will definitely call them again in the future and would recommend them to others too!! Thanks Adam!

Our plumber was not only efficient with his work, he carefully took our opinion and desires for the new fixtures into consideration (even though we are tenants in a rental). Additionally, in a time of social distancing, he respected our space, with gloves and proper masking, on top of his immense patience with repeating explanations due to the muffling of his mask. We highly recommend you to call upon the Gentlemen Plumbers in your future plumbing needs.
