Called to get a quote, I was told that someone needs to come in and check what I need done for a quote. The lady who answered my call was courteous and professional. Had Adam B come to my house. Told him what I needed done, got a quote, wasn't expecting the price tag that came with it, so I didn't get everything I wanted done at my house. I got 4 handheld bidets installed with one of them with a valve mixer as I wanted the kids bidet to be warm. Adam explained everything in layman's terms and showed me what he was talking about as I had that dear in the headlights look initially. He also checked the pipes under the sink for us as we had always had an issue with a funky smell emanating from it from the very beginning (we built our house and had a problem with the smell since day one). Adam told me the pipe wasn't installed in the right angle. He also drained and cleaned out the 3 sinks that had issues with the smell free of charge. Adam was very efficient, friendly and professional. The service was expensive but he did replace some of the hoses that need to be replaced and it comes with a 5 year warranty, so that made up for the price.

Very impressed with Gentleman Plumber. Nick arrived at our house on time to help with a plugged bathtub drain. A previous plumber (who used an auger) and my own attempts had failed to fully clear the plug. Nick quickly accessed and chiselled out a hard clog and he showed me/explained step-by-step how to do it myself if it happens again in the future. He also inspected, free of charge, the other taps/fixtures/hot water tank in the house and answered all of my questions. Nick was courteous, professional, and was careful not to make a mess. I would not hesitate to recommend Gentlemen Plumbers to others.

They were quick and punctual which helped. They were informative enough to show they know their business, and the repair is effective. They were also polite enough that my wife wants me to be more like them, but I’ll still use them again in spite of the extra pressure I’m now under.

Kale T. is a professional, knowledgeable, efficent, polite and friendly Plumber. He relite my water heater, and set the temperature to what I wanted my hot water to be. Kale T. even told me the age of my water heater and looked at my furnace and told me the age of my furnace. Kale T. fixed the clip on the furnace cover too. Amazing. Kale T. checked my bathrooms sinks/taps/ bathtubs/toilets for leaks and Kale T. Also checked my kitchen sink etc. Wow! Excellent Customer Service. I felt I was respected and valued. I was well taken care of. I would recommend Kale T. the Plumber of the Gentleman Plumbers. Thank for the great job. Kathy Wells

Marc was great! Easy to use service, got a dispatcher late at night and got booked within 24 hours! Marc was on time, Friendly, super personable and a great professional. He explained everything well, taught us all sorts of things and fixed our issue. 100 percent would call and ask for Marc again! Great job hiring a great electrician.

They had a technician available the same day for a water heater replacement I needed. The technician and call center were very friendly and informative. They refuse to quote prices over the phone and require a tech on site to provide an accurate quote. I found their pricing exorbitant and their key selling feature is "well I'm here now; just pay this high price and it'll all be fixed". I'm sure it's a high end product and they offer a longer warranty than most, but I sent them away and found another plumber for half the price. Great customer service, but very expensive.

Kale was great to have in my home. He was very clear on what is possible, what was needed, and what can wait.

Our experience with Rob and Gentlemen Plumbing was excellent. They were very responsive to our needs, explained everything up front, and did and excellent job replacing our water heater. I would absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them.

Tom and his partner did a short notice install of a hot water heater and toilet at my home. Wore a mask at all times, answered all my questions and did a great job on the install. Tom even went above and beyond and showed me the dip tube and anode off the old hot water tank to satiate my curiosity. The call centre was polite and helpful. My Tradesman today was Ernie, a Master Electrician. He came to do my annual, complimentary Electrical Safety Inspection. This is a great new service. As I have come to expect from 'Gentlemen Pros', Ernie was polite, friendly and, when I asked, happy to offer suggestions for upgrades. In addition to the inspection, Ernie performed several upgrades, at my request...no rush, no pressure. Again, I am very pleased to have chosen 'Gentlemen Pros'! -RSI.

During a routine shower drain cleaning, my drain snake bound up and lodged in the pipe. After working it back and forth attempting to untangle it, it snapped off in the drain. The repair required Laverne to remove the toilet for access, locate the tangle on camera, retrieve it, finish cleaning the pipes properly, and reinstalled the toilet. The costs were explained up front at each step, and while plumbing isn't cheap, it was done efficiently and thoroughly. Laverne was professional and personable, and I am thankful I didn't have to jackhammer the pipes out of my floor to extract the snarled snake.

Colton was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. He was able to answer all of our questions and he left us with a very detailed and accurate description of all the work he did on the invoice. We would highly recommend him to get to the source of the problem and provide effective resolutions to the issues at hand. We are very satisfied!
