Dave Stewart solved my difficult plumbing mystery - one that I had been trying to solve for a year! There was a bad odour in my basement. Finally, I called The Gentlemen Pros Plumbing. It took five visits, two smoke tests and a few pipe inspection holes in my walls but Dave found the source! A fly by night plumber had done work improperly many years ago in which he stuffed a newspaper in a three inch pipe rather than properly capping the hole and tying it into the sewer system! When the newspaper degraded enough to fall out, we had bad smells. Dave didn’t give up! He was professional, efficient, very skilled and pleasant. If you need a plumber, I recommend him and this amazing company. I give them 10 stars out of five!

I had 2 issues for Deitmar, the tecnician, to fix when he arrived. When I was told he was on his way he arrived on time and went right to work. He was great explaining to me the reasons for the problems, remedies he would take, the anticipated costs and how the company worked, including letting me know of some other services The Gentleman Plumbers offer such as the indepth inspection he gave me of the furnace, hot water heater and lines throughout the house. He was very professional (had paper slippers, a mat, every tool he'd need, explained things as he went along, cleaned things up, etc) and was friendly and open to questions the whole time. He's correctly addressed my plumbing issues I feel and I'm very pleased with the results of his work and the overall experience itself.
