Riley B came out to our house to fix a stubborn clogged drain, and did not back down from the challenge! He tackled this issue with a positive attitude and was determined to solve it for us. He did just that. He went above and beyond for us and we could not be more thankful! He kept at it and had a great attitude through the whole process. Thank you!!

Very professional and nice, Mathew worked through the cold to ensure we had water, went above and beyond, came back next day to finish the job and came back with Brock, they worked hard and efficiently to get my pipes changed, also my dog loved matt and Brock, dogs are good judges of character!

This was my first experience with this company and it was wonderful.
Jordan was on time and his work was excellent. I had a very plugged system under my sink and he took everything apart trying real hard to not make a mess and he succeeded. The estimates were fair and done efficiently. I would definitely use this company again if I need a plumber. Thanks so much again Jordan.

Noah was very professional and stayed until the job was completed. The only negative is his truck did not have some replacement parts and he had to make 2 trips to get parts.

Required replacement of furnace, hot water tank, and air conditioning, have always used Gentlemen Pros. After a rocky start to the process, Richard G. stepped in to provided excellent customer service. Richard worked long hours to provide us with the initial quotes and furnace installation next day so that we had heat. Water tanked followed shortly and air conditioning is ensured for spring. Richard G. also was on had to answer questions as they arose within the first couple of days. Big thanks to Richard G., he really saved the day and ensured that we still had trust in the Gentlemen Pros!! Shout out to Conrad, Rachel for water tank installation and Donetta from the office for the assistance to Richard and the customer service that once again ensured our trust in the service and commitment that the Gentlemen Pros can provide. Gentleman Pros ( Celina R) was able to promptly make it to our job site after I made call this morning. My tenants furnace was not working so we needed a quick response. Celina was able to call back quickly with a detailed diagnosis and explanation of the problem and provided estimates for the repairs once the parts arrive. Their answering services, automated online confirmation and billing and approval system work very well and make everything much more easier to complete. Thanks to Gentleman Pros for providing awesome services. I would highly recommend them for plumbing and heating services.

I had an amazing experience. My kitchen sink collapsed 6 days ago, which was shocking to say the least. It was even more appalling when I called the first two plumbing companies, only to be told that they don't install sinks due to it being "too much risk and liability". If a plumbing company won't fix my sink, then who do I call?! I finally found The Gentlemen Pros, and was assured that this was fixable when I repeatedly explained my situation, just to be sure. Noah the technician truly went above and beyond. He explained the problem (shoddy job by the builder... so bad it bordered unethical), and gave me some options. The service came with a complimentary home inspection, which revealed additional problems with the toilets, which I had been suspecting already, but it was pretty serious and could have ended up in a disaster if water continued to leak. He fixed those up too. Noah was very thorough and did a super job, down to the clean up afterwards. The price was reasonable and agreed upon prior to the job starting, no hidden fees. Also came with a 5 yr warranty. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. Thank you!!
