My wife and I had a leak on our upstairs floor that we thought was coming from our tub and left water stains on our main floor bathroom ceiling. Adam came and diagnosed things quickly and professionally. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and was very straightforward with his pricing and reasoning for quote. It ended up being our toilet. Adam gave us very straightforward options and replaced our toilet for us in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to use a Adam or his company again and even requested having Adam on our file personally. Would not hesitate to use Adam or the company again. We asked Gentlemen Pros to change undermount kitchen sink and kitchen faucet on September 20th. They sent Adam L. alone to do the job. He has not sure for couple of things so called to his office which spent lot of time. He did his full efforts to do the job safely which he did, but at the end he damages our counter top a little bit. But I still give him five stars because he worked very hard and perhaps it was two men job. He worked continuously without break until job completed.

It seems like the Gentlemen Pros have become permanent fixtures at my house - not in a bad way but after our new furnace was installed, I was distressed to discover that we had no hot water. Thought that it was good ole Murphy's law rearing it's head, so called the Gentlemen Pros to have a look and Terry came and discovered that the water tank/heater had been unplugged during the installation of the new furnace and not plugged back in. So while it is definitely nearing its end of life, it still has some time left so was happy to have hot water less than an hour later! Invoice to me...$0.00.
