Richard is absolutely the best plumber I have ever dealt with! He explained to me the options for a new boiler system and the advantages and disadvantages of each one. Unclogged by sewer line but went over and above trying to determine what the issue is that causes the line to block so frequently. Richard is very knowledgeable, takes his time to explain options to you, very polite and on time. He is just awesome!

May be on the pricier side (with budgeting options) but the service you get out of it is A+. My hot water tank needed replacement and these two gems in addition to changing valves out did a superb job. A copper pipe that ran from the basement and out the external wall to feed the irrigation system had ruptured over the winter. Joe showed me what needed to be done for the repairs but also explained why the pipe had ruptured and offered a solution. He also installed a backlog prevention valve which has been requested by the irrigation company.
The job took a while but the end result was good and the work area was like they had never been there.
