Our water stopped working on us at the coldest part of the year. We called this company on Sunday, and we're given an appointment for service on Monday morning, first thing. Colin showed up on time and was very professional, hard working, and kind. He worked for several hours outside, under our mobile Home, to assess the problem, try to help us understand what our options were, and worked tirelessly to ensure we had running water again before he left. Colin is amazing, and overall, I would highly recommend this company over and over again. It wasn't a cheap service, but it also wasn't nearly as expensive as it could have been. Being that it's the holiday season, it's easy to chalk the cost up to maybe this being the most important gift we could give ourselves.

Amazing response for what i thought was frozen pipes (ended up being a city issue)and was here within 1 hour of calling and gave an assessment and advice. Terry and Riley both came and were so patient with the chaos in my home (kids, dog, cats). Riley even juggled for my toddler for a few

The costs for everything were well presented from the initial assessment/quote and any variances were discussed (as issues arose) so there were no surprises on the final bill. There were issues, Gareth was very upfront with everything and found a way through them. While conducting the work my wife mentioned she felt very comfortable having a stranger in the home because he was so kind. This is important to me because it's not always possible to be home while work like this is being done.

I'm very happy with Gentlemen Pros service today. Marc was very professional, kind and made sure I understood the root of the issue, what my options were and how the payment structure works. He didn't try to force me to do any option over the other but made sure I was well aware of what I was working with. Overall very pleased and will definitely use their services again in the future for any other home needs! Heard they also do heating and plumbing which is a plus.
