Jason and Devin are simply brilliant. They initially came to perform a yearly furnace and plumbing inspection. Unfortunately it was found that both of our 28 year old furnaces were dangerous to use, and had to be shut off to avoid harm to any members of the household from carbon monoxide. This didn’t come at the best time of year, with night time temperatures dropping. But Jason stepped in and assured us that our comfort was his priority. He went through the best furnace options for our size of property and floor layout, and once we had agreed on the type of furnace that best suited our home and budget Jason and Devin got straight into dismantling and clearing out the old furnaces. They stayed until 10pm, and were back the next morning at the agreed time to start installing the first of 2 furnaces. They worked tirelessly to get the main floor and basement furnace working before they left at 10pm, to ensure we had some heat to the house. Day 3 Jason and Devin returned to complete the job. Along the way any questions or concerns that we had were answered promptly. Everything was explained in a timely fashion.
Jason and Devin demonstrated professional pride in the installation of our new heating system, and the end of job checklist was exhaustive to ensure absolutely nothing was overlooked. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication to seeing a job well done through to the end.

Fast friendly service, showed up on time, very professional. Proved the leak location as well as proved that it was fixed. Service came with 5 year warranty on the repair.

Mark came and did an electrical inspection. He went over everything and found a few things that can be repaired and looked after. Mark was very good at explaining everything he inspected.

I had a hot water tank begin leaking so I called their 24h emergency service and they had a technician dispatched first thing the next morning. Hermes was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would call again.

The Gentlemen Pro's installed a new furnace in our home on December 26, 2024. Although we were happy to have a new working furnace we were unhappy with the installation where the intake and exhaust piping was not completed in a satisfactory manner with unsightly path and excess glue at teach joint. Upon expressing our concerns Gentlemen Pro's attended to our concerns immediately and dispatched Richard E. to our house where he agreed with the look of the installation. He dismantled the piping and re-installed it in a manner that all journeymen would be proud of. He rerouted the piping and ensured that there was no excess glue and the new look is now looking like a real professional installed this. Thank you.

Everyone from start to finish were awesome. They listened to my concerns about our furnace and booked us in quickly. Richard was fantastic. Explained everything well, gave me options and there was no pressure for any of the work/suggestions. I will definitely call them again. Keep up the good work.

Very friendly and reliable. Got the job done quick. Troy was awesome. Professional, efficient, kind to pets in the home. The pricing, which he is not in charge of, is high for basic drain cleaning service. Advice to buy drain stainers is priceless 👌. The staff, service and people part is 100% recommended. Pricing could use some work.

The staff handle everything professionally. Really glad that I found this company as a source that I can count on for everything related to plumbing and electrical needs.

Not only did Richard show up earlier than expected, he fixed what we called him for and more for a great deal! I also have 3 large dogs that some people coming for services have refused to come in my house (based on size and they barked.. as they should when a stranger shows up). He walked in and took the time to introduce himself to the dogs, if you have dogs you know how much that means.

He was so wonderful w the kids and dogs. Also quite literally saved us what could have been an extremely large bill later had he rushed through things (dishwasher related and not why I called). Very professional and clean while working, you wouldn't have even known he was there. Also want to add it was his kids bday and party day and he STILL didn't rush through! 10 star rating if it was possible!
