He started out with a thorough electrical inspection and was able to make some recommendations to correct and improve the electrical health and safety of my home. Julio was thorough. Got the problem fixed and showed me the video of my Drains. Fees are high which is my only issue and reason for not giving 5 stars but still comparable to others. Would use again and ask for same technician

We found that we had a pinhole leak in our copper tubing from the hot water tank on a Thursday afternoon. Dave arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and got us up with running water fast. While talking to Dave we asked for a quote for a new hot water tank. There was NO PRESSURE OR SALES TACTICS from Dave this was By OUR REQUEST. Dave came back with a great quote and we went from our 23 year old 40 gallon to a new 75gal. He even said he could install it that night! However we kindly requested that he come back on Monday. He arrived at his quoted time and again was not only professional but very friendly as well. Dave also brought a appreince named Kevin. Kevin has wonderful customer service and learning from Dave I believe he is also a great asset to your company. We are extremely happy with our purchase (can finally fill the corner jet tub in one go), and would highly recommend Dave and the Gentlemen Plumbers. From now on there is only one number to call for all our plumbing needs.

Ryan came in to service our boiler and through many hours of detective work, found all the leaks and restored heat to us! It was a very long day ( 12 hours) and he stuck with it and called in help when needed. I would highly recommend him.

Kevin of Gentlemen Pros came out right away when I discovered sewer backup in my basement. He identified the problem, repaired it and cleaned up everything. Excellent, professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Kevin and the Gentlemen Pros.

Devin took his time to look for the problem we thought we had and tried different methods to determine if there was in fact a problem. He made us feel comfortable that there wasn't a problem. He then did an inspection of our home and made recommendations and suggestions that were very helpful and educational. We felt that he put our concerns and needs first. He was professional and personable and would be welcomed back into our home anytime.
