We recently had our faucet and garburator hooked up to a new sink in our kitchen with the technicians also building a new drainage system. The work was done and it was later determined by Richard that the work was not completed as it should have been. They came back two days later to reseat and deal with the wiring for our well pump, as well as to correct the issue with the drainage in the kitchen that was not caught the first time. I was happy to hear that this was caught by Richard, and between Richard and Ashton the work was completed.

Richard, Bill and Ashton were all very professional with the service they provided and in the end we are happy.

Called the gentleman pros over concerns about a leak from my ensuite shower upstairs after I noticed some ceiling bubbling and discolouration on the floor below. Jeff arrived the same day and did a very thorough analysis of my problem. He was courteous, thoughtful, and answered all questions and concerns I had around the shower. As an added bonus at the end of the visit gave a quick home inspection and highlighted a small leak in the sink drain downstairs that I was unaware of! Overall thoroughly satisfied with my service today and will be back for future plumbing needs.

Troy and Hulio re-piped my 1954 raised bungalow, out with the galvanized pipes and poly b and in with all new installation, including a Bradford 50 gal. HWT. The re-piping lead by Troy, knew exactly what they were doing from the beginning, it was a lot of work, long hours, cleaned up nicely at the end of two long day's. They were polite, friendly, very experienced, checked everything for leakage, and they honor a lifetime warranty on the re-piping and 5yr warranty on HWT.
